I was with my lvl 37 priest,.bcoz i cant see lfg channel with other chars,and i asked for 5 dds for blackTemple for fun and /w to my friend. and a guy said. I dont play with english players. that sounds like racism.and i think racism is forbidden

He used a smile, he wasnt serious - so that is definitely no part of racism.

in addition, he can play however he wants, if he is very young, he maybe feels shy about using english language in chat for several time (most players ARE very young) so he decides not to play with english guys, cause he wants to play in a language he feels comfortable with.

I guess this is "only" a nationality and as quaelgeist said: It is not to say reprehensible that you do not want to play with the English, because you might not mastered the language or something similar.
