Well, I found a way howto fix your chat problems without any need of GMs.

1.) Change configurations of your Chat: GENERAL

1.1.)Deactivate ALL addons you have.

1.2.)Move your mouse into the Chatbox, so that registrycard: General and Fightlog appears.


1.3.)Move your mouse at the Registrycard: GENERAL

1.4.)Rightclick on it and click on CONFIGURATIONS

1.5.)Be sure that you have activated all Chat-Options and you are finished.


1.6.) For Looking For Group, go to the Registrycard Global Channels:

1.7.) Activate all Channels


Didn't work?

1.) Shutdown your WoW.exe, then go into your WoW-Folder and delete the following folders:
WTF
CACHE
WDB
